Early morning, January 1st, 1981,
we three Masters, in KURNOOL,
went to see a great man, tall,
not very old looking, crystal clear eyes !
we went to a small lodge,
“Raghavendra Lodge”,
Behind Old Bus stand,
and saw a man lying on a cot, in a
very small room 6’X 12’
We were three : Myself, Ramachenna Reddy and
Venkataratnam ..
It was about 8 A.M. ..
We sat on the floor.
He looked at US, and after a while,
told us : “You will obtain ..
nothing but BrahmaJnana here”
We told him : “Swamiji ! We want only that”
He was satisfied with the answer ..
and went on reciting many things
in Arabic and Telugu !
We were mesmerized !
After 15 to 20 minutes, He told,
“Come tomorrow Morning !
I will initiate you into Meditation”
we asked him “what time Swamiji?”
“4:30 A.M.”
That’s how we met “Sadananda Yogi”
we also called him “Kurnool Swamiji”
My deep association with a GREAT MASTER
started on that glorious day !
